Break the cycles.
Shape your legacy.
cycle-BREAKING
is the work of living differently when everything around you insists you stay the same.
It’s the quiet decision to question what you’ve inherited and choose practices that align with who you truly are.
Many women feel the pull to speak up. Whether it’s to write a memoir or question tradition, but they find that doing life differently requires skill and support. Through storytelling mentorship or reflective coaching, this framework offers structure for growth and safety for self-expression. Clients learn to notice what drives their habits, how to regulate their emotions while finding language for experiences that once felt hard to name.
This work is authorship in every sense—of your story, emotional habits, and legacy.

The Cycle-Breaker’s Coach
I help Black women break inherited cycles through sustainable habit change or by shaping their personal story into a memoir. With over a decade of experience as a developmental editor and a background in literature and education, my work blends storytelling with self-discovery.
I’ve spent years studying how conditioning shapes the ways we show up, and my coaching is rooted in dismantling those cycles, so clients can live fully as themselves.
In my work with new authors, I’ve noticed how often creative blockages mirror the emotional ones we carry—proof that storytelling and self-regulation are deeply connected.
At the heart of it all is a collective vision to shape legacy, honour our cultural roots without being confined by them, and turning our stories into catalysts for lasting change.
